CoCo Key Resort
This is a complete renovation of an International Drive 10 acre hotel complex. The complex includes 436 guest rooms, 38,000 sqft. food court/meeting room/bar/restaurant, lobby/offices, several retail areas, and a new 40,000 sqft. water park with existing open renovated canopy. PPD's scopes of work on this job consist extensive demo, heavy/light gauge interior/exterior metal stud framing, insulation, drywall, Stucco/EIFS, trim, and painting.
