To whom it may concern: We had PPD Construction Services crew come in to fix our roof. They did a great job fixing all the issues we had on our roof. They were so easy to work with. PPD did an amazing job communicating with us giving us updates and was very forthcoming with information which was very helpful to us. The crew also showed me things to look for on the roof and how to prevent problems from happening. When they were done they brought me up there to show me how to work the heat tape and also showed me everything they did up there which was a lot. They did a fantastic and very thorough job and am really pleased with how it went.

PPD was hired to do the necessary renovations to transition the Hampton Inn in Minnetonka, MN to a La Quinta, a daunting task that was made nearly effortless by Junior and his staff. They took great pains to respect that we are here to provide excellent customer service and went out of their way to work around the guests for minimal interference. They are not only professional, but personable and easy to work with. More than a few times, I had guests comment how they were a bit concerned booking at the hotel while the renovations were taking place, but were surprised by not only how quiet it was, but also how clean it was considering the amount of work being done. Junior and his team made this as painless as possible by his willingness to work with not only the management, but the hotel staff as a whole and will be sad to see them go. We would highly recommend PPD to anyone needing work done.

Job Well Done!

Things are finally calming down some at the Residence Inn Tinton Falls, NJ. I’m currently acting as the task force manager for the Residence Inn. I accepted this assignment on the 10th of October and had no idea what I was getting myself into. The staff and the hotel went through some challenging moments with this massive storm hitting NJ. I can honestly say, what a true blessing to have PPD Construction crew here with us. The Project Manager, Steve, told me to call upon him if we needed any assistance and he would help out any way he could. The following day after Sandy hit we had about eight down trees in our parking lot. Steve and his crew helped move the trees and debris from the parking lot. The night we had no power, Steve offered to cook burgers, sausages and hot dogs on the grill for his crew and my staff. My staff was working countless hours and it was so nice to have a warm meal. I cannot thank PPD Construction Services enough on a JOB WELL DONE!

I wanted to take the time to write this letter to express how impressed my team and I were with PPD Construction. After Hurricane Sandy hit, we were left with some significant roof damage causing multiple leaks into our guestrooms. A week of repairs went by and shortly later we discovered there were still leaks in the roof causing more damage to our rooms, this happened two more times. With frustration levels high, as soon as PPD Construction got here, they took control of the site. They were in on Monday and out by Friday.
